  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Desk Manager to lead our guest services team and ensure an exceptional experience for all visitors.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front desk operations, manage guest relations, and coordinate communication across various departments. Duties Supervise front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain smooth check-in/check-out processes Manage multi-line phone systems, handle guest inquiries with professionalism, and ensure prompt resolution of issues Oversee night audit procedures, ensuring accurate financial reconciliation and reporting at the end of each shift Coordinate guest services such as reservations, special requests, and concierge assistance to enhance guest satisfaction Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by practicing excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs efficiently Train new team members on hotel management systems, customer service standards, and hospitality best practices Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles, particularly at the front desk or guest services area Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including night audit procedures and guest relations management Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to manage multi-line phone systems and demonstrate excellent phone etiquette Previous experience working in resort or hotel environments preferred Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously Join our team as a Front Desk Manager and become the face of our hospitality experience!
