Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Supervisor, where your leadership and guest service expertise will set the tone for exceptional experiences. In this energetic role, you'll oversee daily front desk operations at a vibrant resort or hotel environment, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, managing guest relations, and supporting a welcoming atmosphere. Your hotel management knowledge will drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team while delivering memorable hospitality experiences. Responsibilities Supervise front desk staff to ensure efficient check-in, check-out, and guest services delivery. Oversee guest relations, resolving issues promptly with a positive attitude to enhance overall satisfaction. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette at all times. Coordinate night audit procedures to ensure financial accuracy and reporting integrity. Support hotel management in implementing hospitality standards, policies, and procedures. Assist with training and mentoring team members to uphold high service standards. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and special requests to ensure seamless service delivery. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations. Strong customer service skills with a passion for guest satisfaction. Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software. Experience with night audit procedures and front desk operations. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems. Previous hotel experience in a hospitality setting is highly desirable.
