Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our hospitality team with energy and enthusiasm. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance to ensure seamless operations. Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue management and occupancy rates while maintaining high service standards. Oversee guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, ensuring memorable experiences that foster loyalty. Manage human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff scheduling to cultivate a motivated team. Maintain budgetary controls, monitor financial performance, and analyze reports to meet profitability goals. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hotel policies, and industry standards across all departments. Oversee the night audit process and ensure accurate accounting procedures are followed at all times. Utilize multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette to handle guest inquiries efficiently. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, leadership development, and continuous improvement. Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles with supervising experience. Strong knowledge of revenue management strategies and budget control. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations diplomatically. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests and staff. Familiarity with front desk operations, night audit procedures, and multi-line phone systems. Demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams within a resort or hotel setting. Experience in human resources functions including hiring practices and staff development.
