Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Property Manager for a lakeside family resort on Indian Point in Branson West, dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of property management. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, including daily reservations, daily interaction with cleaning teams and maintenance teams and maintain a welcoming environment for incoming and outgoing guests. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, uphold property standards, and promote a vibrant fun atmosphere. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage a family fun resort property on the Lake while utilizing your expertise in property management, customer service, and facilities oversight. Duties Manage all aspects of property operations, including reservations, maintenance coordination, and vendor relations to ensure a seamless guest experience. Oversee and coordinate sister properties on the Lake, including working closely with other Property Managers and staff on Guest Relations, online property management systems, OwnerRez and Webrez, and experience working with all large STR companies. Experience working with the DNR and annual inspections and licensing. Foster excellent customer service through professional phone etiquette, conflict management skills, and proactive communication with guests and vendors. Conduct regular inspections of the property premises to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns; coordinate repairs promptly. Office experience with strong organizational skills Must be organized, work well with others and be able to work independently. After hour emergency phone call availability is a requirement. Both resort phones all run through a phone app for optimal coverage. $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
