Job Description
Join the friendly team at the largest full-service hotel. This position requires your dependable availability to work on Sunday and Monday evenings: from approximately 3pm to 11pm. Additional day and/or evening shifts potentially available based upon operational needs. Previous hotel front desk experience highly preferred. Hourly wage negotiable based upon skills, knowledge, experience and attributes. Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Night Manager, where you will lead the overnight front desk operations with energy and professionalism. This pivotal role ensures seamless guest experiences during the night shift, overseeing guest check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Your leadership will create a welcoming environment that promotes guest satisfaction, safety, and operational efficiency throughout the overnight hours. Responsibilities Oversee all front desk activities during the night shift, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests. Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide personalized guest services to enhance their stay. Supervise and support front desk staff, ensuring adherence to hotel policies, phone etiquette, and guest relations standards. Monitor security protocols within the hotel premises, ensuring guest safety and addressing any incidents or emergencies efficiently. Maintain multi-line phone systems, handle reservation modifications, cancellations, and special requests with professionalism. Prepare shift reports detailing occupancy, incidents, and operational activities to ensure seamless communication across teams. Experience Experience in hospitality management and/or hotel front desk operations highly preferred. Strong background in customer service with excellent interpersonal skills to foster guest satisfaction and loyalty. Demonstrated ability to handle guest relations with professionalism and tact while maintaining high standards of hospitality. Ability to understand and proficiently use branded computer systems.
Pay:
