This candidate Must have experience in managing a front desk staff of two to three employees a shift. The person for this job should have more than 1 year experience in leading a front desk team in everyday operations and procedures of how the front desk should operate. This job is not for an inexperience supervisor in the hotel industry, this job requires dedication, dependability, with strong supervisor experience. The candidate for this position will work some day and night shifts along with weekends only serious and experience individuals will be considered for this position. The Front Desk Supervisor will report directly to the Front Office Manager on a daily basis about operations.
