As a Room Inspector, you will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and ensuring that all rooms and public areas meet our hotel's standards.

Responsibilities:

Inspect rooms and suites to ensure they are cleaned and comply with hotel standards Complete reports and verify status reports Report clean suites to the hotel front desk or load them into automated property management systems Monitor the lost and found program Maintain stock rooms and carts with proper supplies Assist in maintaining supplies, inventory, schedules, and associates counseling

Supportive Functions:

Provide exceptional customer service to guests, including information about hotel services, activities, and local attractions Promote team member loyalty and empowerment Perform other duties as requested

Other Duties:

Assimilate into the Holiday Inn & Suites culture through understanding, supporting, and participating in all elements of corporate policies Demonstrate working knowledge of the service standards Regular attendance is essential to the successful performance of this position Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules.
