Responsibilities Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, ensuring seamless coordination and high-quality service delivery. Oversee daily hotel operations, including guest check-in/check-out processes, reservations, and guest relations to maximize satisfaction and loyalty. Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy rates and profitability while maintaining competitive pricing. Manage human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff scheduling to build a motivated and efficient team. Monitor budgeting activities, control costs, and ensure adherence to financial targets while maintaining service standards. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations; oversee night audit procedures and resolve any operational issues promptly. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, leadership development, and exceptional customer service at every touchpoint. Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles with supervising experience in a fast-paced environment. Strong background in hospitality management principles including revenue management, guest services, and human resources. Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse guests effectively. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple departments efficiently. Knowledge of hotel operations systems such as multi-line phone systems, front desk software, and night audit procedures. Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance hotel performance.
