Level5 Hospitality is thrilled to announce we are seeking a visionary and results-driven Opening General Manager for our upcoming Residence Inn by Marriott, set to launch in early 2027 in the heart of beautiful Coeur d'Alene, Idaho!

This is a rare opportunity to lead a premier property from the ground up. We arent just looking for a manager; we are looking for a leader who embodies our commitment to excellence and can cultivate a world-class guest experience in one of the most scenic destinations in the Pacific Northwest.
The Role:
As the Opening GM, you will oversee all aspects of the hotels "Launch"- from final construction phases and team recruitment to the grand opening and beyond. Youll be responsible for driving revenue, maintaining Marriotts high brand standards, and building a culture of hospitality that reflects the Level5 mission.

Job Summary:
The hotel's General Manager will oversee and coordinate the operations of the hotel, providing Level5 quality service and accommodations to hotel guests. The General Manager overall goals are to strive to exceed in all of our Level5 Hospitality pillars which include employee satisfaction, profitability, market share, guest satisfaction and quality assurance.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manage human resource functions including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and trainingOversees the day-to-day operations and staffing of the hotelProvides constructive and timely performance evaluationsHandles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with hotel policy
Duties/Responsibilities:
Coordinates and oversees all operations of the hotel, ensuring quality service is provided to all guests and associatesDaily inspections of the hotel to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulationsMeet or exceed budgeted profit and margins for the hotelAccurately forecast revenue/expenses to meet flex/flow goalsAnalyze financial and operational information on an ongoing basis to adjust business plans, labor requirements, and operating costsAssist sales leader with implementing the business plans and sales action plans to maximize RevPAR and market share growthActively be involved in sales by attending sales calls, attending property tours etcEnsures maintenance issues are addressed in a timely mannerCoordinates services with outside suppliers and vendorsPerforms other related duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong supervisory and leadership skillsExtensive knowledge of hotel and hospitality industryProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree, preferably in hotel management, business administration, or related fieldFive or more years of experience in the hotel industry preferred; managerial experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position during shift.

Must be able to access and navigate the facility.

Employees are required to adhere to safety requirements by wearing the appropriate personal protective equipment.

Work is routine and repetitive in nature and may require strenuous physical exertion at times, including the ability to move objects weighing up to 50lbs.
