Competitive salary (DOE) + benefits About the Role Best Western Helena/Capitol Hotel is seeking a motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to help lead the daily operations of a high-volume, limited-service hotel. This role works closely with the General Manager to drive team performance, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and maintain brand and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Support and oversee daily hotel operations across all departments Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service Staff scheduling, training, and performance management Respond to and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally Ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies, and safety procedures Monitor operational performance, KPIs, and guest satisfaction metrics Budgeting, cash handling, and cost control initiatives Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of management experience Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to deliver high-level guest service and service recovery Experience with staff accountability Flexible schedule with ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays What We Offer Paid Time Off Employee Discounts Career growth opportunities within a reputable hotel brand
