Job Description

That's why at Hilton, Every Job Makes the Stay. We're looking for a passionate, hands-on Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help lead our Hampton Inn team. If you love hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and know how to inspire a team, we'd love to meet you. As AGM, you'll work alongside the General Manager to run daily operations, coach and support the team, and ensure each guest stay hits the mark.
What You'll Do:
Support and lead across departments: Front Desk, Housekeeping, Breakfast, and more Train, coach, and develop team members with a focus on service and accountability Monitor guest feedback and take action to improve the experience Solve problems before they become problems—guests and team alike Lead by example and uphold Hilton and company standards Foster teamwork, professionalism, and a positive work culture Step in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly
What We're Looking For:
2+ years in hotel management (Hilton experience is a plus) A proactive, guest-first mindset and strong leadership instincts Great communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable with tech and hotel systems Someone who gives and receives feedback well, and leads with both empathy and expectation Why Hilton?
