As all roles like this, General Managers and Assistant General Managers will oversee all aspects of hotel operations including guest satisfaction, financial performance, associate development, brand execution, and property leadership.Successful candidates will bring:

Lead all day-to-day hotel operations Drive guest satisfaction and service culture Manage budgeting, forecasting, and profitability Recruit, develop, and mentor associates Maintain Marriott brand and QA standards Partner with sales efforts to maximize occupancy and revenue Create accountability, consistency, and positive team culture Serve as a visible leader within the hotel and local communityIDEAL BACKGROUND
