Job Description

Description Do you love the excitement of a vibrant city? Are you an experienced hospitality professional? Join our exceptional team and make an impact at the Hilton Charlotte Uptown! The Night Manager will provide a warm welcome to guests and complete all related Front Office functions and ensure guest expectations are exceeded. Minimum of 1 year experience in Front Office or other hotel department is required. At least 1 year supervisory experience and PEP experience is highly preferred. The Hilton Charlotte Uptown is an upscale full-service property featuring 400 state of the art guestrooms and 35,000 ft. of banquet space in the heart of Uptown Charlotte. Key responsibilities of the
Night Manager:
Assist guests as needed with registration and check-in and departure procedures and inquiries during the stay Complete Front Office procedures to prepare for various group arrivals and communicate effectively with other hotel departments Complete Night Audit reports and functions Demonstrate ability to manage multiple computer systems Must be able to work overnight/3rd shift 11pm-7am all days of the week, including weekend shifts Excellent customer service skills Serve as Hotel Manager On-Duty Train and coach new hires and team members as needed Benefits of this position include: GO Hilton Travel Discount Worldwide Health Insurance including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and other supplemental coverage Scholarship and Tuition Reimbursement Programs 401k with company match Complimentary parking and discounted CATS Bus/Lynx Passes
