as an Assistant General Manager for our hotel in Greensboro, NC! This exciting opportunity allows you to play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading a dynamic team in a vibrant hospitality environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction. Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to maintain high service standards. Monitor and manage hotel budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to achieve profitability goals. Implement marketing strategies to enhance hotel visibility and attract guests. Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies. Collaborate with department heads to optimize service delivery and operational efficiency. Participate in community outreach and promotional events to enhance hotel reputation.
Requirements:
Proven experience in hotel management or a supervisory role in the hospitality industry. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest and staff interactions. Knowledge of hotel operations, sales, and customer service best practices. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and holidays.
