Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Manager to lead our front office team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations at the front desk, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, delivering outstanding guest services, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Your leadership will be instrumental in enhancing guest satisfaction, managing reservations, and supporting the overall success of our hotel. This role also encompasses assisting our fine dining restaurant. Be a part of a wonderful team and expand your skills. Responsibilities Provide upscale service experiences to guests of our hotel and also the fining dining establishment Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently while ensuring accuracy and friendliness Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach Oversee reservation systems, ensuring optimal room allocation and availability management Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to uphold service standards Train, mentor, and motivate team members to foster a positive work environment focused on hospitality excellence Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, billing, and night audit procedures Utilize multilingual skills to assist diverse guests effectively and enhance their experience Implement phone etiquette protocols and manage multi-line phone systems to ensure prompt communication Promote all hotel amenities, conveniences and programs offered Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within the hospitality industry Strong customer service skills with a passion for guest relations and hospitality management Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with international guests Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems Experience with night audit procedures is highly desirable Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and multi-line phone handling capabilities Ability to lead a team with energetic motivation and clear direction Previous hotel or resort experience preferred but not required Join us to lead a dynamic team dedicated to delivering top-tier hospitality experiences!
