Part-Time Team & Guest Experience Manager Salon CoCo BOND |809 Broad Street, Shrewsbury, NJ 07702 732-383-5067 www.saloncocobond.com Erin@saloncocobond.com Are you a natural leader with a passion for luxury guest experiences, team culture, beauty, wellness, and operational excellence???Salon CoCo BOND is seeking a polished, organized, and highly motivated Part-Time Team & Guest Experience Manager to support our growing luxury salon & spa team during evenings and Saturdays — our busiest and most guest-focused hours.??This is not simply a front desk position. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, upscale environment and can confidently lead operations, support staff, elevate the client experience, and help keep the salon running beautifully and efficiently.
  • Position Overview:
  • Daily salon operations and flow
  • Luxury guest experience standards
  • Team support and communication
  • Front desk leadership and efficiency
  • Scheduling and operational troubleshooting
  • Client communication and satisfaction
  • Retail and rebooking opportunities
  • Evening and Saturday leadership coverage
Schedule:
  • Approximately 22-26 hours per week
  • Saturdays 8-4pm
  • Wednesdays/Thursdays 3-8pm, Friday 10:30-6pm
  • Additional coverage as needed
Leadership & Team Support:
  • Support and motivate front desk staff and service providers
  • Help maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented culture
  • Assist with operational consistency and daily salon flow
  • Troubleshoot staff concerns and operational challenges
  • Provide calm, solutions-focused leadership during busy shifts
  • Partner with ownership to help support team performance and accountability
Guest Experience:
  • Ensure every guest receives an exceptional luxury experience
  • Resolve client concerns with professionalism, warmth, and care
  • Monitor booking flow, timing, and guest communication
  • Help improve guest retention and rebooking opportunities
  • Maintain elevated hospitality standards throughout the salon
Front Desk & Operations:
Assi Compensation:
Hourly plus, PTO, 401k, medical, dental, vision, continuing education, service and product discounts, staff lunches, annual parties
