Job Description

We're looking for a service-oriented Front Desk Supervisor to lead by example and support front desk operations. You'll coach your team, resolve guest issues, and ensure a smooth, professional check-in experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and assist front desk agents during shifts Oversee guest check-in/out and handle escalations Ensure audit reports, cash handling, and records are accurate Train and mentor team members on service and systems Responsible for maintaining brand standards and loyalty program enrollment Serve as Manager on Duty when assigned
Must-Haves:
Prior experience in front desk or customer service role Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented and organized under pressure Flexible availability (including MOD shifts)
Nice-to-Haves:
Familiarity with hotel reporting tools and PMS systems Bilingual (English/Spanish)
