This pivotal role requires a passionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving revenue growth and operational excellence. As the Hotel General Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the hotel. Your leadership will inspire teams to deliver memorable stays and foster a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Duties Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance to ensure seamless operations. Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue through effective pricing, sales initiatives, and marketing efforts. Oversee guest relations by ensuring outstanding customer service, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high satisfaction levels. Manage human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development to build a motivated team. Control budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize operational costs while maintaining quality standards. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations across all departments. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, leadership development, and continuous improvement. Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles with supervising responsibilities. Strong background in revenue management, budgeting, and financial analysis within the hospitality industry. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and guest relations management. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in supervising staff across multiple departments such as front desk operations and human resources functions. Knowledge of hotel management systems, front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and night audit procedures. Hospitality management certification or relevant educational background is preferred. Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism while maintaining a positive attitude.
