Required Experience & Location To be considered for this position, candidates must meet ALL of the following requirements: Minimum of two (2) years of management experience overseeing hotel operations in Nevada is required. Must currently reside in Las Vegas, Nevada . Extended-stay hotel management experience is strongly preferred. About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Hotel General Manager to lead the daily operations of a well-established extended-stay property in Las Vegas. This position is responsible for the overall success of the property, including daily operations, financial performance, occupancy and revenue, guest experience, team leadership, and property standards. The ideal candidate is an experienced hotel leader who understands the Las Vegas market, leads by example, creates accountability, and can balance exceptional guest service with operational and financial performance. What You'll Do Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and ensure a safe, clean, welcoming, and professionally managed environment. Lead, coach, and develop onsite team members while setting clear expectations and maintaining accountability. Recruit, train, mentor, and retain high-performing employees. Deliver an exceptional guest experience and ensure concerns and escalated situations are handled promptly and professionally. Monitor occupancy, rates, revenue, guest satisfaction, and overall property performance. Review budgets, profit and loss statements, financial reports, and key performance indicators. Manage controllable expenses, including payroll, maintenance, utilities, supplies, and other operating costs. Identify opportunities to increase revenue, improve occupancy, control expenses, and enhance overall property performance. Drive sales, marketing, lead conversion, and guest retention efforts. Maintain high standards for cleanliness, property appearance, safety, and overall operations. Conduct routine property inspections and partner with maintenance and other onsite teams to address property needs. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local requirements. What We're Looking For Experience with hotel operations, budgeting, financial management, occupancy, revenue, sales, and guest service. Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing onsite teams. Experience reviewing financial reports, budgets, and property performance metrics. Proven leadership abilities with effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to professionally manage guest concerns, conflict, and challenging situations. Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced hotel environment. Experience with hotel or property management software and Microsoft Office. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Physical & Scheduling Requirements Ability to regularly walk and inspect guest rooms, common areas, parking areas, and exterior grounds. Ability to climb stairs and navigate multi-story buildings. Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, reach, and walk for extended periods as needed. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds. Ability to work both indoors and outdoors while conducting property inspections. Availability to respond to after-hours emergencies or operational needs as business needs require. Pay:
$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:
