Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Hotel Front Office Manager to lead our front desk team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role offers strong potential for growth into higher-level management within the hospitality field. Compensation for this position is based on experience. In this key position, you will oversee the daily operations of the front desk, manage guest relations, and collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Your leadership will help create a welcoming and professional environment, ensuring every guest feels valued from check-in through departure. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all front desk activities, including guest check-in/check-out procedures and reservations management. Lead and motivate the front office team to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining high standards of professionalism and hospitality. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with enthusiasm and a solutions-oriented approach. Oversee night audit processes, ensuring accurate financial reconciliation and reporting for daily operations. Manage multi-line phone systems, ensuring prompt and courteous communication with guests, vendors, and staff. Maintain comprehensive guest records, reservations, and billing information with attention to detail. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction. Implement policies related to guest services, safety protocols, and hotel procedures to uphold quality standards. Work closely with the General Manager to assure the guest are receivimg an outstanding stay. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong background in guest services. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of hotel management systems, reservation software, and multi-line phone systems. Experience handling night audit procedures and financial reconciliation is preferred. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on guest relations. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed in a resort or hotel setting.
