Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Manager to lead our guest services team and ensure a seamless check-in experience for all visitors. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front desk operations, manage guest relations, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality. Your leadership will create a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to exceptional service, fostering guest satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities Supervise front desk staff, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure outstanding guest service. Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy and friendliness. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and promptness. Oversee reservation systems, room assignments, and billing procedures to optimize occupancy and revenue. Maintain excellent phone etiquette while managing multi-line phone systems to assist guests and coordinate with other departments. Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accurate reporting. Foster positive guest relations by creating a welcoming atmosphere and resolving issues proactively. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, with a strong focus on customer service. Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Knowledge of hotel management software, reservation systems, and multi-line phone systems. Excellent communication skills with a professional phone etiquette and guest interaction approach. Ability to manage night audit procedures and handle guest relations with tact and efficiency. Previous experience working in resort or hotel environments is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
