  • Full-time Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front Desk Manager to lead our guest services team at our vibrant hospitality establishment.
This pivotal role involves creating a warm, welcoming environment for all visitors while ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk. As the face of our hotel, you will manage guest interactions with enthusiasm and professionalism, fostering memorable experiences that keep guests returning. Your leadership will drive exceptional customer service, streamline front desk procedures, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality management. Responsibilities Oversee all front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes, to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing prompt and courteous assistance to callers Train and supervise front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest services and uphold hotel standards Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a positive attitude, resolving issues swiftly and effectively Conduct night audits to verify daily financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and prepare reports for management Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest information, and billing details while ensuring data security Foster guest relations by creating a welcoming atmosphere, promoting hotel amenities, and encouraging feedback for continuous improvement Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong background in customer service Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world Excellent phone etiquette skills combined with experience managing multi-line phone systems in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems to streamline operations Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward shared goals Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in handling guest information and financial transactions Deep understanding of guest relations principles, resort operations, and hospitality best practices Join us in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
