The Opportunity:

We're seeking a visionary General Manager to lead this remarkable property through its evolution into a distinguished boutique hotel. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a historic landmark and create an exceptional hospitality experience from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the property's transformation from traditional lodging to an elevated boutique hotel experience Develop and implement new boutique hotel programming and standard operating procedures Build, train, and mentor a service-oriented team aligned with premium hospitality standards Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, revenue management, and property maintenance Drive financial performance while maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction Manage relationships with local community partners and stakeholders Ensure the property's historic character is preserved while delivering modern luxury amenities

Ideal Candidate Profile:

10+ years of hospitality experience, with proven success in boutique or lifestyle hotels Strong leadership abilities with experience in building and developing high-performing teams Financial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and maintaining profitability Experience in property renovations or openings preferred Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to balance operational excellence with strategic vision
