We're seeking a visionary General Manager to guide operations, elevate guest experiences, and engage with the vibrant local community. About the Role As General Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring excellence in service, staff leadership, financial stewardship, and community presence. You'll be the face of Hotel Elliott—leading with integrity and shaping the next chapter of our historic legacy. Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate a dedicated team of 40+ employees across departments Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, seasonal marketing, and cost control Manage daily operations and long-term planning, including capital improvements and vendor relations Champion a guest-first culture with consistently exceptional service standards Represent the hotel in local tourism boards and community initiatives Ideal Candidate 4+ years in hotel or resort management with proven leadership experience Success in seasonal market strategy and revenue optimization Strong operational, financial, and team-building expertise Proficient in hotel systems and software tools Community-focused with a confident leadership presence Why You'll Love It Here Hotel Elliott is more than a place to work—it's a place to grow.
