Are you a passionate hospitality professional with a talent for leadership and a commitment to exceptional guest experiences? We're looking for a dedicated Hotel Manager to lead our team at Holiday Inn Express, where comfort meets outstanding service. At our hotel, we take pride in creating a welcoming and memorable stay for every guest. As our Hotel Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, fostering a positive work environment, and driving success through guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
What You'll Do:
Lead and oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, sales, and finances. Build and support a strong, motivated team through hiring, training, and scheduling. Maintain a warm and inviting atmosphere by upholding excellent guest relations and customer service. Implement smart revenue management strategies to optimize profitability. Conduct night audits and ensure financial accuracy. Assist international guests with multilingual communication skills (a plus!) Develop and manage budgets to meet financial goals. Uphold brand standards and ensure a seamless guest experience.
What We're Looking For:
A hospitality professional with proven experience in hotel management. Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and motivating teams. Knowledge of human resources, revenue management, and night audit procedures. Exceptional customer service skills and a hands-on approach to guest satisfaction. Budgeting and financial management expertise. Multilingual abilities are a plus!
