Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager Hotel to lead our hospitality team with energy, vision, and a passion for exceptional guest experiences. In this vital role, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring smooth daily functions, outstanding customer service, and profitable management. Your leadership will inspire staff, elevate guest satisfaction, and drive the overall success of the property. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional to make a significant impact in a vibrant resort environment. Responsibilities Provide strong leadership and supervision to all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. Oversee hotel operations to ensure high standards of guest services, safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency. Manage revenue streams through effective revenue management strategies and dynamic pricing to maximize profitability. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures aligned with hospitality management best practices. Lead human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development initiatives. Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring memorable experiences for all visitors. Oversee budgeting processes, financial reporting, and cost control measures to ensure fiscal responsibility. Coordinate with department heads to optimize hotel performance during peak seasons and special events. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards across the property. Utilize multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette to handle guest inquiries efficiently. Support night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions accurately. Skills Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles with supervising experience in a resort or hotel setting. Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles including guest services, revenue management, budgeting, human resources, and hotel operations. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations diplomatically and effectively. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele better. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on motivating teams and fostering a positive work environment. Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and night audit procedures. Excellent communication skills paired with strong organizational abilities. Experience in hospitality industry software systems is preferred but not mandatory. $52,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
