Responsibilities Assist in managing all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, guest services, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance. Oversee revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy rates and profitability through effective pricing and promotional initiatives. Handle guest relations with enthusiasm, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Coordinate with human resources for staffing, training, performance evaluations, and compliance with hotel policies. Monitor budgeting processes, control costs, and optimize resource allocation to meet financial targets. Oversee night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting and smooth overnight operations. Skills Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Proven supervising experience within hospitality management or hotel operations. Strong knowledge of revenue management principles and hotel management systems. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Leadership qualities that inspire teams, foster collaboration, and drive operational success. Experience in human resources functions such as staffing, training, and conflict resolution. Proficiency in front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and guest services protocols. Familiarity with budgeting processes, night audit procedures, and hospitality industry standards.
