You will hold complete operational accountability for concurrent multi-site projects, overseeing everything from initial subcontract buyouts and schedule calibration to rigorous budget tracking and change order management. Key Responsibilities You will hold ultimate responsibility for project delivery, managing administrative, financial, and logistical workflows from mobilization through final asset closeout:
Multi-Project Lifecycle Command:
Oversee and drive multiple hotel renovation projects nationwide simultaneously, ensuring execution hits strict delivery windows and brand compliance benchmarks.
Contract Procurement & Buyout:
Prepare detailed, multi-trade scopes of work, solicit trade proposals, and independently negotiate and execute binding subcontracts.
Financial Controls & Change Management:
Maintain relentless oversight of project accounting architectures, drafting, tracking, and securing timely approvals for change orders while protecting baseline profit margins.
Field-to-Office Synchronization:
Partner closely with on-site Traveling Superintendents to audit project schedules, remove material logistics bottlenecks, and enforce quality control standards.
Stakeholder Liaison Operations:
Serve as the primary professional point of contact for corporate hotel franchise operators, architects, and specialty trade vendors, ensuring total project transparency.
Tactical Site Deployment:
Execute short-term regional travel to national project sites as required to audit project velocity, support field handoffs, and manage client walk-throughs.
Information Architecture Management:
Leverage modern construction management software and digital tools to maintain real-time logs, submittals, RFIs, and weekly progress reporting. What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications)
Project Management Tenure:
A minimum of 5 years of verified professional experience in commercial construction project management, managing multi-trade schedules and corporate project budgets.
Financial & Contract Fluency:
Proven ability to manage multi-tier subcontractor networks, write clear scopes of work, and track complex change order logs with high detail accuracy.
Technical Blueprint Literacy:
Advanced capability to read, interpret, and cross-reference complex architectural plans, MEP schematics, and interior engineering specifications.
Execution Dynamics:
Exceptional organizational discipline, elite negotiation skills, and a strong sense of urgency to hit deadlines without compromising quality.
