Job Description

Please note: This position requires regular travel between Lancaster and Lebanon, PA. We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and service-driven Hotel Front Office Manager to lead front desk operations and oversee the guest services team across our hotel locations. In this key leadership role, you will serve as the face of the hotel, ensuring every guest experience is seamless, welcoming, and memorable. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, demonstrates strong leadership skills, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service while maintaining efficient hotel operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee all front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and guest inquiries Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest service with professionalism and enthusiasm Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly to ensure high guest satisfaction Build and maintain strong guest relationships through responsive and effective communication Support hotel leadership in implementing operational standards and hospitality best practices Monitor daily front office performance and maintain smooth hotel operations Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations Strong customer service and guest relations skills with a positive and approachable attitude Bilingual or multilingual communication skills are an asset Experience with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette Ability to manage and support night audit procedures accurately and efficiently Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences What We Offer Competitive compensation Paid Time Off (PTO) Employee discounts Career growth and development opportunities Supportive and collaborative work environment
