Do you find yourself constantly noticing details that others miss? Do you believe that the guest experience starts long before someone sits down at a table and continues long after they leave? If so, this may be the most unique hospitality opportunity in Louisville. This is not a traditional restaurant manager role. This is a hybrid position that combines hospitality, guest relations, marketing, events, reservations, community outreach, content creation, and brand management.
WHAT YOU'LL DO CREATE INCREDIBLE GUEST EXPERIENCES
Welcome and engage guests Build relationships with regulars and VIPs Manage reservations and special requests Coordinate celebrations, anniversaries, birthdays, and memorable moments Ensure every guest receives exceptional hospitality Train host teams to deliver Belle Noble's "Every Guest, Every Time" philosophy
BE THE FACE OF THE BRAND
Capture photos and videos for social media Help create engaging content Identify guest stories worth sharing Support marketing campaigns and special promotions Work directly with our Marketing Department Keep restaurants looking polished, current, and on-brand
PLAN EVENTS & SPECIAL EXPERIENCES
Help coordinate wine dinners, holiday events, community activations, and special promotions Work with General Managers and Executive Chefs to create unique guest experiences Bring creative ideas to life
BUILD RELATIONSHIPS
Grow guest databases Collect guest feedback Encourage online reviews Build community partnerships Connect with influencers, local organizations, and VIP guests
THRIVE IN OPERATIONS
Manage reservations and guest flow Oversee host stand operations Ensure special requests are executed flawlessly Communicate guest preferences to restaurant teams Help ensure smooth execution every day
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Marketing experience is helpful. Neither is required.

The next you may be filming content for Instagram. Then you may be planning a wine dinner, coordinating a birthday celebration, responding to guest feedback, or brainstorming the next big event.
