The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record in hospitality management. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, and optimizing financial performance through effective budget management and cost controls. The General Manager will collaborate closely with all departments to drive service excellence, foster a positive and productive work environment, and develop staff potential through coaching and training. Additional duties include managing guest relations, resolving issues promptly and professionally, and cultivating strong relationships within the local community.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
2-4 years' prior experience as a branded hotel manager, Marriott/Hilton experience preferred. Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines Demonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving Reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure Outstanding leadership skills and a great attention to detail #hc193268
