Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Guest Service Manager to lead our front-of-house operations and ensure an exceptional experience for every guest. In this pivotal role, you will oversee guest relations, manage the front desk team, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality. Your enthusiasm and leadership will create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality management, multilingual communication, and delivering outstanding customer service in a vibrant resort or hotel environment. Duties Supervise daily front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries Lead and motivate the guest services team to deliver friendly, efficient, and personalized service Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction Oversee night audit processes, ensuring accurate financial reconciliation and reporting Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests seamlessly Implement hotel policies related to phone etiquette, multi-line phone systems, and guest interactions Maintain a positive atmosphere by fostering teamwork, training staff on hospitality best practices, and promoting a guest-first mindset Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a focus on guest services Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to communicate effectively with diverse guests Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Knowledge of front desk systems, night audit procedures, and hotel management software Exceptional phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems Bilingual proficiency is a plus for engaging with a broader range of guests Familiarity with resort or hotel environments, including guest relations and hospitality standards Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating memorable experiences for our guests.
