Responsibilities Lead and supervise front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest services with enthusiasm and professionalism Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere Manage multi-line phone systems, handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with clear communication and positive attitude Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting compliance Resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively, turning challenges into opportunities for exceptional service Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations Maintain comprehensive records of guest interactions, reservations, and incidents to support excellent guest relations Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong focus on customer service excellence Bilingual or multilingual skills preferred to enhance communication with diverse guests Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is essential Knowledge of night audit procedures and guest relations practices highly desirable Demonstrated ability to lead a team, manage multiple priorities, and uphold high standards of hospitality Excellent phone etiquette, interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving Previous hotel or resort experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for hospitality is key Join us in creating memorable experiences for every guest while advancing your career in a lively, supportive environment.
