Responsibilities Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, ensuring seamless coordination and high service standards Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize revenue management opportunities while maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures to achieve financial targets and optimize operational efficiency Cultivate a welcoming environment by overseeing guest relations and resolving issues promptly to ensure memorable experiences Manage human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development to build a motivated team Maintain compliance with safety regulations, hotel policies, and industry standards while fostering a culture of hospitality excellence Utilize multi-line phone systems and uphold professional phone etiquette to ensure clear communication with guests, vendors, and team members Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles with supervising responsibilities Strong background in revenue management, budgeting, and financial analysis within the hospitality industry Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage human resources efficiently Knowledge of hotel operations including front desk procedures, night audit processes, and guest services management Experience working in resort or large-scale hotel environments preferred Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and front desk operations required Join us as our Hotel General Manager to lead with energy, inspire your team, and deliver unforgettable experiences that keep guests coming back!
