We're looking for a people-loving, service-driven leader to join our team as Assistant Guest Services Manager . In this role, you'll partner with our Guest Services Manager to keep the Front Office running smoothly, inspire our guest services team, and step in as Manager on Duty during evening shifts. If you're passionate about hospitality, love helping others shine, and are ready to grow your leadership skills, this could be the perfect fit! What You'll Be Doing
- Support and guide the Front Office team to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
- Jump in as Manager on Duty (mostly PM shifts) to keep things running like clockwork.
- Bring fresh ideas and positive energy to elevate both our team and our guests' stay.
- Learn the ropes of hotel operations and gain skills for your next big career step. What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in guest service, hospitality, or a customer-facing role.
- At least 1 year of supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
- Hilton experience? Even better!
- A team player with strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
