In this energetic role, you will oversee daily food service operations, supervise staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and quality. Your expertise in restaurant management, culinary operations, and team development will drive the success of our food and beverage outlets, creating memorable moments for our guests while fostering a vibrant and efficient work environment. Duties Lead and supervise food and beverage service teams across multiple outlets, including casual dining, fine dining, catering, and bar services. Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency with brand standards and guest expectations. Manage inventory control processes, including stock ordering, storage, and waste reduction to optimize profitability. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation. Train staff on food safety protocols, customer service excellence, and operational procedures to promote a knowledgeable and motivated team. Coordinate shift management activities, including scheduling staff, overseeing service flow, and resolving operational issues promptly. Maintain compliance with health regulations and safety standards through regular inspections and staff training sessions. Requirements Proven experience in food service management within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments. Strong background in kitchen management, culinary techniques, and food production processes. Demonstrated supervising experience with skills in team management, interviewing, training & development. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling expertise required. Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, food safety standards, and hospitality management principles. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently. Previous experience in hotel or restaurant management is highly desirable; supervisory or assistant manager experience is a plus.
