Duties Oversee daily front desk operations, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, guest inquiries, hiring, training and disciplinings staff. Determines work procedures and prepares work schedules to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and Bilingual or Multilingual capabilities to assist diverse guests. Empowers front desk staff to deliver exceptional guest services and maintain high standards of hospitality. Handle guest relations issues promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction and fostering positive relationships. Conduct Night Audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions accurately while maintaining security protocols. Performs administrative and financial duties such as daily reports, credit card reversals, bank deposits, accounts receivables, rooming lists, and office supply inventory. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, billing details, and incident reports. Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations within a resort or hotel environment. Strong background in customer service with a focus on guest relations and resolving issues efficiently. Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is essential. Previous experience in Night Audit procedures is highly desirable. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively in a fast-paced setting. Bilingual or Multilingual skills are preferred to serve a diverse clientele better. Knowledge of hospitality standards, phone etiquette, and guest services best practices is required to excel in this role. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet, and property management systems.
