In this energetic leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and financial success. As the driving force behind daily activities, your leadership will inspire staff, elevate service standards, and foster a welcoming environment for guests from around the world. Your expertise in hospitality management and passion for excellence will set the tone for a thriving hotel that guests love to return to time and again. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations. Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue through effective pricing, sales initiatives, and marketing efforts. Oversee guest relations to ensure outstanding customer service, handling escalations with professionalism and care. Manage human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development to build a motivated team. Maintain compliance with safety standards, hotel policies, and local regulations while fostering a positive work environment. Oversee budgeting processes, control expenses, and optimize resource allocation to meet financial goals. Utilize multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to communicate effectively with guests and staff alike. Conduct night audits and oversee night shift operations to ensure accuracy in financial records and guest services. Promote a culture of hospitality excellence by setting high standards for guest services and hotel cleanliness. Implement revenue management strategies to enhance profitability during peak seasons and off-peak periods. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles with supervising responsibilities. Strong background in revenue management, budgeting, and human resources within the hospitality industry. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment. Knowledge of hotel operations including front desk management, night audit procedures, and resort services is preferred. Experience with multi-line phone systems and maintaining high standards of phone etiquette. Hospitality management certification or equivalent experience is advantageous.
