We are seeking a Hospitality Manager with strong leadership experience—someone with a proven track record in managing people, overseeing daily operations, and delivering high-level hospitality service. The Role This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for managing daily operations, maintaining luxury standards, and ensuring operational excellence across our properties. You will lead and support staff while directly contributing to an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and support team members, ensuring accountability, training, and performance excellence. Provide exceptional concierge and front desk services, including organizing private tours, events, activities, and reservations tailored to guest interests. Oversee property inspections, unit readiness, and quality control prior to guest check-in. Manage inventory systems through AppFolio and maintain mobile vans and storage with weekly updates and photos. Reconcile accounts, oversee operational budgets, and manage vacancies/pricing through Hostfully. Schedule and manage calendars of events, including open houses and relocation company bookings. Provide weekend coverage as required. What You Will Achieve Achieve 5-star guest satisfaction ratings, detail-oriented service. Successfully manage your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences consistently. Ideal Candidate Profile Proven leadership experience in luxury hospitality, boutique hotels, or property management. Strong operational oversight and decision-making skills. Track record of managing teams and driving high-level guest service. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Experienced with Hostfully and AppFolio.
