Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Hotel Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and uphold the highest standards of service across all departments. Your leadership will drive the success of our hotel by fostering a positive environment, optimizing revenue, and delivering memorable stays for our guests. Responsibilities Lead and supervise hotel staff across all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food service, and maintenance. Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure smooth functioning and exceptional guest experiences. Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint. Implement and monitor revenue management strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards. Coordinate human resources activities such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff scheduling. Oversee budgeting processes, cost control measures, and financial reporting to ensure operational efficiency. Maintain compliance with hospitality regulations, safety standards, and hotel policies. Skills Bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests and staff. Proven supervising experience within hospitality management or hotel operations. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems, including front desk operations and multi-line phone systems. Expertise in guest services, customer service excellence, and guest relations management. Skilled in revenue management, budgeting, human resources, and hospitality best practices. Leadership qualities that inspire teams and foster a collaborative work environment. Pay:
$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
