Responsibilities Manage all aspects of motel operations, including front desk services, housekeeping, and maintenance. Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies. Conduct night audits and maintain accurate financial records. Address guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally. Implement marketing strategies to promote the motel and increase occupancy rates. Oversee human resources functions including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain inventory of supplies and manage vendor relationships. Skills Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities. Ability to supervise staff effectively and foster a positive work environment. Knowledge of night audit procedures and financial management in a hotel setting. Familiarity with resort operations is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
