The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management and customer service, ensuring that guests receive an exceptional experience during their stay. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to supervise staff effectively, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hospitality. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of motel operations, including front desk services, housekeeping, and maintenance. Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies. Conduct night audits and maintain accurate financial records. Address guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally. Implement marketing strategies to promote the motel and increase occupancy rates. Oversee human resources functions including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain inventory of supplies and manage vendor relationships. Skills Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities.
