In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for all guests. Your leadership will foster a welcoming atmosphere, uphold exceptional customer service standards, and manage guest relations with professionalism and enthusiasm. Responsibilities Supervise front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest services and maintain high standards of hospitality Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, ensuring prompt and courteous communication Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes, including reservations, billing, and special requests Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs promptly Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy Maintain comprehensive records of guest interactions, reservations, and operational reports Ensure adherence to hotel policies, safety procedures, and phone etiquette standards Experience Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality setting Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems Knowledge of guest relations techniques and hospitality best practices Experience handling night audits and managing front desk teams is preferred Demonstrated ability to manage guest complaints professionally while maintaining positive relationships Previous experience working in a multilingual environment enhances your ability to connect with diverse guests Join us as a Front Desk Manager where your leadership will create memorable experiences for our guests while advancing your career in the dynamic world of hospitality!
