As the driving force behind daily operations, you will oversee all aspects of hotel management, from guest services and staff supervision to revenue optimization and budget adherence. Your leadership will foster a welcoming environment that promotes hospitality excellence, operational efficiency, and team engagement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the guest journey while maintaining high standards of service and profitability. Duties Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, ensuring seamless coordination and outstanding guest service Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue through effective pricing, sales initiatives, and occupancy management Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development to build a motivated and professional team Manage budgets, control expenses, and ensure financial targets are met or exceeded while maintaining quality standards Enhance guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring memorable experiences for all visitors Oversee night audit procedures, ensuring accurate financial reporting and adherence to accounting standards Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations while fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and leadership Utilize multi-line phone systems with proper phone etiquette to handle guest inquiries efficiently and professionally Implement customer service initiatives that elevate guest satisfaction scores and promote repeat business Experience Proven supervisory experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a track record of leading diverse teams effectively Extensive hotel management experience including front desk operations, guest services, revenue management, and human resources functions Strong background in budgeting, financial analysis, and implementing revenue strategies in a resort or hotel setting Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle complex guest relations issues diplomatically Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to communicate effectively with diverse guests and staff Familiarity with hotel management software systems, multi-line phone systems, night audit procedures, and front desk operations is essential Leadership qualities that inspire teams, foster a collaborative environment, and drive operational excellence Join us as our Hotel General Manager to lead with passion, elevate the guest experience, and create a vibrant hospitality environment where both guests and staff thrive!
