Job Description

Massanutten Resort Job Summary WaterPark Guest Services Cabana Supervisors are tasked with overseeing cabana services at Massanutten WaterPark and ensuring that guests have everything they need to create memorable experiences. They are responsible for training, supervising, counseling, and discipling staff to ensure cabana operations are efficient and guest-focused. Daily tasks include organizing and conducting pre-shift and opening/closing checks, and directing cabana agents in their work assignments. Must ensure that department operations are compliant with sanitation and safety standards for guest and cabana agents. Prior experience in working with the public is preferred and must have excellent communication skills. Required Must be at least 16 Excellent customer service skills Ability to communicate effectively with guest of all ages Ability multi-task Must be organized Preferred Customer service experience
Typical Schedule Days:
Varies, including weekends, holidays required as needed
Hours:
Varies, including evenings Core Responsibilities Assign duties to cabana staff and oversee their completion Supervise guest experience to ensure excellent customer service is provided by the cabana staff while ensuring all park policies and procedures are being followed by all cabana staff Identify concerns and work with WaterPark Guest Services Assistant Manager to resolve concerns Maintain a clean and safe work environment for customers and other employees Other duties as assigned by management For more information, please contact Mary Turner at 540.417.2235.
