Job Description

Massanutten Resort Job Summary The Family Adventure Park is a team-oriented culture full of outdoor enthusiasts. Cashiers deliver information and assist guests with the purchase of tickets for the various amenities in the park. Additional responsibilities include answering and returning phone calls, assisting with online reservations, and providing general resort and area information to the guests. Prospective cashiers should have great customer service skills, should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and should be able to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers. Candidates should be highly organized and have strong problem-solving skills. Previous cash handling experience is preferred. Required Strong customer service and communication skills Preferred Cash-handling skills/previous cashier experience Customer service experience
Typical Schedule Days:
Varies week to week, includes weekends and holidays
Hours:
Most daily hours between 9:30 am - 5:00 pm 16-30 Varies, including evenings Core Responsibilities Complete requisite on-the-job training and become familiar with POS software Maintain a clean and safe working environment Greet customers, answer their questions, and assist them with the purchase of tickets Consistently provide a friendly, courteous, and welcoming attitude to ensure an excellent customer experience Balance and maintain the register, record purchases, and process returns or changes in guest tickets Other duties as assigned by management For more information, contact Mary Turner at 540.417.2235.
