Responsibilities Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services, ensuring seamless coordination and high standards of service. Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance guest satisfaction, optimize revenue management, and improve overall hotel performance. Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control initiatives to meet or exceed financial targets while maintaining quality standards. Recruit, train, and mentor staff across departments; foster a positive team environment focused on exceptional customer service. Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring memorable experiences that encourage repeat visits. Oversee human resources functions such as staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and compliance with employment laws. Maintain effective communication channels using multi-line phone systems; ensure proper phone etiquette and professional guest interactions at all times. Conduct regular inspections of the property to uphold safety standards, cleanliness, and operational excellence. Handle night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions accurately. Implement hospitality best practices by staying current with industry trends related to resort management, guest services, and hotel operations. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles with supervising responsibilities. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment. Excellent customer service skills combined with effective communication abilities; bilingual or multilingual skills are highly valued. Knowledge of revenue management techniques to maximize profitability while maintaining guest satisfaction. Familiarity with human resources processes including hiring, training, performance management, and compliance. Experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control strategies within a hospitality setting. Hands-on experience with front desk operations, night audit procedures, and multi-line phone systems. Demonstrated ability to manage guest relations proactively in a resort or hotel environment. Hospitality industry certifications or relevant training are preferred but not required; a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences is essential.
