We are seeking motivated, dependable, and guest-focused individuals to become part of our growing hospitality team. If you have prior hotel experience—especially with brands such as Marriott or Hilton—we would love the opportunity to speak with you! Hotel Front Desk Representative / Guest Services Associate Front Desk Representatives and Guest Services Associates are responsible for managing the guest registration process and providing exceptional service throughout the guest experience. This is a highly visible role that plays a key part in creating a positive first and last impression for our guests. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Guest check-in and check-out procedures Administrative and receptionist duties Cash handling and basic monetary transactions Upselling and sales initiatives when applicable Providing outstanding guest service and resolving guest concerns Maintaining a friendly, proactive, and professional presence at all times Previous front desk or hotel experience is highly preferred.   • Shift Supervisor / Manager on Duty Shift Supervisors support front office operations and help ensure the department runs smoothly in accordance with company standards and guest expectations.
This role serves as the Manager on Duty during assigned shifts. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Overseeing front desk operations during shift Supporting team members and ensuring service standards are met Handling guest issues and escalations professionally Ensuring accurate completion of administrative and operational tasks Maintaining smooth communication between departments Prior hospitality leadership or front desk supervisory experience is required.
