The Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk staff. Duties include greeting and directing guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and providing assistance to guests. The Front Desk Supervisor will also ensure that all customer service standards are met and that all guests have a positive experience. What You'll Do Deliver the highest quality of service to guests, anticipating and exceeding their expectations. Run the "perfect shift" by ensuring all checklist items are complete and standards are upheld. Supervise Front Desk staff and ensure adherence to brand standards. Oversee the department in the absence of the Department Manager. Perform hourly tasks and operate equipment as needed, while assisting with new associate training and cross-training. Handle additional responsibilities as assigned to maintain smooth operations. What You'll Bring An outgoing personality and positive attitude. Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Hospitality experience preferred but not required.Other information:
