Luxury Boutique Hotel Multi-Outlet General Manager The Opportunity & Property This is for an independently owned, boutique luxury hotel located in Jackson, WY. Rejecting transactional hospitality, this property focuses on genuine connection, warmth, and precision, with a mission to anticipate needs and elevate every detail for an unforgettable guest experience. We are seeking a long-term, floor-forward Multi-Outlet General Manager to take a true ownership seat at this small-by-design, high-impact property. In this role, you will lead three distinct dining environments: an upscale-casual three-meal restaurant, a premier rooftop restaurant and lounge, and an elegant In-Room Dining operation. The Role You'll Play As the General Manager, you will oversee daily service across both restaurant outlets and In-Room Dining, ensuring consistent luxury standards, strong operational pacing, and a highly visible floor presence. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing front-of-house team while coaching staff in real time. Beyond driving a culture of service excellence, you will possess the operational grit required to manage financial performance, drive profitability, and efficiently control P&L, labor, and prime costs without ever compromising the guest experience. Who We Are Looking For The ideal candidate brings a proven track record as a General Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Food & Beverage Director overseeing multi-outlet operations, preferably within a luxury hotel, boutique resort, or high-volume upscale environment. You must be a "floor-first" leader who thrives on direct guest interaction and team development. Solid business acumen regarding inventory and cost controls is essential.
